there is nothing quite like a snowday. on hope's first snowday of the year i also take off work and we spend some family time. it usually involves playing in the snow, fire in the fireplace, making chili and a movie or two. today hopie had the idea of using food coloring and snow. she and reagan spelled out his name in the snow. and... the chili was excellent! btw, my chili recipe is award winning as i won a chili cookoff about seven years ago.
